When Green Emeralds wanted a 2 story ICF foundation done on one of the most difficult lots to build on in Salmon Arm, On Point was the first call. Because of the extreme slopes and sandy soil conditions, this building required a fully engineered foundation done in multiple stages. Consistency and Accuracy were key as the main floor walls are all modular SIP walls that are manufactured off site. This means that the foundation must stay plumb and true for the entire height of the building.
