Not all foundations are built on a slope. This foundation used AMVIC R33 ICF for the main home and traditional wood forms for the garage. This method allows for the best of both worlds. A strong efficient, drywall ready foundation with the cost savings of a conventional garage foundation that does not need the insulating properties that ICF brings to the table.
