This AMVIC ICF foundation is supporting a high pitch 2.5 story A-Plex wall system designed by SIPBC. Using offset stud framing, this home achieves R40+ in the upper walls. Having a poor performing foundation was not an option on this home given the incredible thermal values in the rest of the home.
