Located in the Sugar Bowl Grizzly Den provincial park, the Cabin at Raven lake is a replacement cabin for one built in the 1970’s. Using a blend of traditional European timber frame design, strong and durable metal foundation and floor system and modern insulating technology, the upgraded cabin is an oasis in the mountains. With no heavy equipment other than a helicopter to deliver materials to site, we were able to have the cabin up in a few weeks. With most prefab done off sight and the use of Foundation Frame pier piles, we shaved weeks of work off the job, and saved 12-14 helicopter trips of concrete.
