Mr Hemelspeck is a Red Seal electrician who owns a solar installation company. He wanted to build a green, passive solar home and knew ICF was the best way to achieve his goals. We were contracted to do the forming for the building as he wanted it done right. His building contractor was not experienced enough in ICF construction to confidently form the entire home but was able to take the home to lockup after we finished pouring the walls.
